Operators (AGF)

For our modern production facility in the fruit and vegetable sector, we are looking for motivated machinists or operators with experience in operating machinery. Are you technically minded and would you like to work in a dynamic and growing sector? Then this position is for you!

What will you do?

• Operating and setting fruit and vegetable processing machines.
• Controlling and monitoring the production process to ensure product quality.
• Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Identifying anomalies in the process and taking action to remedy them.
• Ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to food safety guidelines.
• Working with your colleagues to ensure production runs efficiently and on schedule.

What we expect from you

• Experience as a machinist or operator, preferably in fruit and vegetable or similar production environment.
• Technical understanding and ability to operate and maintain machinery.
• You work accurately and have an eye for the quality of the final product.
• You are flexible and can work well under pressure.
• You have a proactive work attitude and can work well together in a team.
• Willingness to work shifts (if applicable).
